Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and can be rolled up to access the area being assessed.Your physiotherapist will let you know in advance if any specific clothing is recommended, and we provide towels to ensure your comfort and privacy during the session.

Your first appointment lasts upto 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment by one of our experienced physiotherapists. They’ll chat with you about your symptoms and medical history, carry out a physical assessment to identify the cause of your problem, and explain the findings before outlining a personalised treatment plan.

Take the A4046 southeast, then the A467 southbound.
Join the A472 eastbound towards Pontypool.

From Merthyr Tydfil (Approx. 35 minutes):
Take the A465 (Heads of the Valleys Road) eastbound towards Abergavenny.
Join the A4042 southbound, and take the exit for the B4246 to Mamhilad.
The Park Estate is signposted from here.
From Caerphilly (Approx. 30 minutes):
Take the A468 east towards Newport, then join the A467 northbound.
Exit onto the A472 westbound towards Pontypool.
Join the A4042 briefly, then take the B4246 exit signposted Mamhilad Park Estate.
From Newport (Approx. 20 minutes):
Take the A4042 northbound directly out of Newport.
Stay on the A4042 past Cwmbran, then exit onto the B4246 for Mamhilad.
Continue into Mamhilad Park Estate, following signs to Mamhilad House.
From Cardiff (Approx. 40 minutes):
Leave Cardiff via the A48(M) and join the M4 eastbound.
Exit at Junction 27 onto the B4591, heading towards Cwmbran, then join the A4042 northbound.
