Community Access Support

Supporting young people and individuals returning to work through reinvested clinic capacity.

As a Community Interest Company, we reinvest part of our clinic capacity back into local communities.

Through our Community Access scheme, we allocate selected appointment spaces at a significantly reduced rate for specific groups who may benefit from early physiotherapy intervention but face financial barriers.

These appointments are delivered by our experienced physiotherapists in the same way as any private session - with a full assessment, personalised treatment plan and professional follow-up.

They are not externally funded.
They are part of our commitment to strengthening local health and opportunity.

Who This Is For

Young People (12-17 years)

We’re offering significantly reduced-rate physiotherapy sessions for adolescents who are experiencing:

• Sports injuries

• Growth-related pain

• Joint or muscle problems

• Mobility concerns

Why?
Adolescence can be a time of rapid physical change. Early assessment and support can help prevent minor issues becoming long-term problems, especially for young people who are active in sport.

Please note:

We are not able to support congenital or complex conditions that require specialist paediatric physiotherapy services.

If you’re unsure whether your child’s symptoms are suitable, feel free to get in touch and we can advise.

Individuals Recently Unemployed (<6 months)

We offer reduced-rate physiotherapy sessions for individuals who have been unemployed for less than 6 months and are:

• Managing pain that affects job searching, interviews or daily activity
• Recovering from injury
• Looking to rebuild physical confidence before returning to work

Why?
Physical health challenges can quickly become barriers to employment. Addressing pain, mobility issues and reduced stamina early can help prevent longer-term absence from work and support a smoother return to sustainable employment.

Early intervention can make a meaningful difference to both long-term health and employment outcomes.

If you are unsure whether this support is suitable, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.

Why We Do This

As a not-for profit Community Interest Company, we believe surplus profits should be reinvested for our local communities.

We believe:

• Early physiotherapy reduces long-term health problems
• Supporting young people protects future health
• Helping individuals return to work strengthens communities
• Reinvesting unused clinic capacity creates real social value

Private appointments at our clinics helps make this possible.
