Physio for Good
Improving Employment. Supporting Youth. Reinvesting Locally.
Your recovery helps another begin theirs
About the Initiative
Physio for Good is the community initiative at OH One Physiotherapy, created to improve access to physiotherapy and support healthier communities. As a Community Interest Company, our purpose is not to generate profit but to improve health and wellbeing within the communities we serve.
Through this initiative, we aim to make physiotherapy more accessible while supporting individuals, families, and local organisations. By reinvesting part of our work into community-focused programmes, we help people recover from injury, remain active, and return to the activities that matter to them.
Physio for Good reflects our belief that healthcare should go beyond treating symptoms. It should strengthen communities, support opportunity, and promote long-term wellbeing.
Every appointment at OH One Physiotherapy contributes to this mission, helping us support young people, individuals returning to work, and initiatives that promote healthier communities.
Why we started
Access to physiotherapy can make a significant difference to someone’s ability to stay active, recover from injury, and return to work.
Physio for Good was created to ensure physiotherapy supports not only individual recovery but also the wellbeing of the wider community.
Our Impact
Through the Physio for Good programme, we aim to create meaningful and lasting benefits within the communities we serve.
Our work focuses on:
• Supporting young people through access to physiotherapy
• Helping individuals return to work after injury or illness
• Promoting participation in grassroots sport and physical activity
• Reinvesting in initiatives that improve local health and wellbeing
Every appointment at OH One Physiotherapy contributes to this impact, helping us extend the benefits of physiotherapy beyond the clinic and into the wider community.
