Rick Livesey is OH One Physiotherapy’s Clinical Operations Lead. A Chartered Physiotherapist with almost 20 years’ experience across the NHS, private practice, sport and occupational health, Rick leads the development and delivery of our physiotherapy service.
Rick works closely with the clinical team to ensure every patient receives consistently high-quality, evidence-based care. This includes supporting clinicians in their ongoing development, reviewing clinical quality and patient feedback, and identifying opportunities to continually improve the service.

Nope! You can book directly with us, no referral needed. If your GP has referred you to physiotherapy, then we’d be more than happy to work alongside them to ensure you get the best treatment possible.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and can be rolled up to access the area being assessed.Your physiotherapist will let you know in advance if any specific clothing is recommended, and we provide towels to ensure your comfort and privacy during the session.

Your first appointment lasts upto 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment by one of our experienced physiotherapists. They’ll chat with you about your symptoms and medical history, carry out a physical assessment to identify the cause of your problem, and explain the findings before outlining a personalised treatment plan.

The number of sessions depends on your condition and goals. Your physiotherapist will discuss a realistic plan with you and tailor the schedule to suit your needs, whether it’s for recovery, maintenance, or sports massage. We are also flexible in spacing appointments where needed.

We only accept card payments in your clinic. If you have private insurance, we recommend checking with them first to confirm if they cover physiotherapy.

For new patients, the initial assessment (which includes treatment) is £55. Any further sessions are £49/session. You will appreciate that everybody is different, some take longer than others. We do have a block booking offer which gives you 5 sessions for £196.

From the town centre, head north on the A4102 (Pontmorlais West) towards Brecon Road.

From the A465 (Heads of the Valleys Road), take the exit signposted for Pant Industrial Estate.
Follow the signs towards Pant and continue along the A4054, which leads to CF48 4TQ.
Brecon Mountain Railway:
As you get closer, the Brecon Mountain Railway is a well-known attraction in the area. It is a narrow-gauge steam railway near Pant and is not far from CF48 4TQ.
