In-Work Support Programme

Supporting You to Stay Healthy, Active, and Work-Ready

We offer Welsh Government funded treatment via the In-Work Support Programme as a service provider for CASE UKRCS Wales, and Mind in Powys. This programme provides funded physiotherapy services to individuals across Wales who are currently in work and experiencing health issues affecting their ability to perform their job. This programme aims to help you stay independent, productive, and confident at work.

What is In Work Support?

In-Work Support is a funded service by Welsh government designed to help working individuals manage physical health challenges that impact their job performance.

As part of this programme, eligible individuals can access:

✔ Up to six free physiotherapy sessions

 Our physiotherapy team provides:

  • Thorough physical assessments

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Exercise-based rehabilitation

  • Workplace-focused advice

  • Strategies to manage pain and prevent future injuries

All sessions are confidential and tailored to your specific needs.

The service is aimed at people who are self-employed or who work in small to medium sized businesses (with under 250 staff) with limited access to occupational health support.

In some exceptional circumstances, the service can be accessed by public sector employees (eg NHS, local authorities, schools) or in companies with over 250 staff.

For more information on the service, what it offers, who is eligible and how to apply, visit the contract provider for your area (see below).
