At OH One Physiotherapy, we recognise that many people across our communities dedicate their time and energy to demanding roles that support the wellbeing of others.

As part of our Physio for Good commitment, we offer a 25% community discount to specific groups whose roles can involve significant physical and emotional demands. This is one of the ways we reinvest our resources as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company.

This is not a short-term promotion. It is part of our long-term reinvestment model.

Every patient who chooses OH One helps strengthen local community health initiatives. Through this scheme, we are able to provide targeted support where we believe we can make a meaningful difference - while continuing to deliver high-quality physiotherapy for everyone we serve.

Who Is Eligible?

We currently offer a 25% discount on physiotherapy appointments to:

Blue Light Card Holders

Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service, NHS staff, and other recognised emergency service personnel.

Armed Forces & Veterans

Current serving members and veterans of the Armed Forces.

Third Sector & Charity Workers

Individuals working within registered charities and voluntary organisations.

Affiliated Community Sports Clubs

Members of grassroots clubs partnered with OH One Physiotherapy.

What the Discount Covers

The 25% discount applies to:

• Initial physiotherapy assessments
• Follow-up treatment sessions
• Sports Massage
• Rehabilitation appointments

The discount applies to standard private rates and cannot be combined with other offers.

Why We Offer This

We recognise that many of these roles involve physical strain, high stress and demanding workloads. Access to timely physiotherapy can prevent minor issues from becoming long-term problems.

By offering reduced-rate access, we aim to:

As a Community Interest Company, any surplus from our services is reinvested back into local health initiatives - including our Community Access and grassroots sports partnerships.

How to Access the Discount

To receive the 25% community discount:

  1. Book your appointment online or contact the clinic directly.

  2. Select “Community Discount” when booking (if available), or inform reception.

  3. Bring valid ID (Blue Light card, military ID, employment verification, or club confirmation) to your first appointment.

Discount eligibility will be verified at your initial visit.
